We are currently working on an issue where some of our users are having to re-authenticate several times. For example, you may sign in using your cable provider credentials but are asked to re-enter those credentials each time you reload the Watch The Weather Channel app. We are aware of this issue and are working diligently to get out a fix. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We plan to have a fix out by the end of May. Thank you for your patience.
